The hotel staff for excellent and extremely polite and helpful although in honesty I didn't have too trouble them with anything too much. The room (we had a deluxe) was lovely and the bathroom huge and luxurious and the location was also superb. It definitely has the wow factor and a prestige feel - you feel a bit special when you walk through the revolving door!
There were 3 phones in the bedroom (a little excessive) and all had illuminated display meaning the bedroom at night was still light!! Also the room service is very expensive as is the mini bar but I guess you kind of expect this in a 5star hotel. Nothing really to grumble at though!

Staff were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel ( I've stayed in about 50 hotels).
Air-con in room did not work. I'd prefer to have tea making facilities in room.

Everything in this hotel was perfect: excellent service and very friendly personnel. We had a beautiful big room on the 7th floor with view over London.

The Beef Wellington in the Claridges Gordon Ramsay Restaurant was amazing and out of this world, one word perfection and was complimented with a bottle of Dom Perignon 1995 cost of meal and champagne was around £750 (more than the price of the room, planning another trip in December and will dine in this restaurant again.
The room was small not what I would say was a Deleux King double, with no view and there were no coffee making facilities in the room. Chamber maid felt it was ok just to just walk in at 8am in the morning and then again later even tho the do not disturb sign was on the door. When I checked in they did not have the reservation at reception so caused a long delay in checking in, they did rectify this by offering a free cocktail in the bar. Will chose another hotel when we return to London in December due to this disappointing room. Would recommend restaurant but not hotel room.

We booked very late as our New York trip was cancelled due to the snow.we were updraded to a suite which was huge, whilst old fashioned in the "Poirot" style it was clean and the staff here are totally amazing, the beds are probably the most comfortable we have slept in.

The claridge's is honestly amazin! Staff are super friendly n go outta their way to help. Our superior room was really comfy n spacious. We got a surprise glass of champagne for my partner's bday which was a nice touch! The atmosphere feels so classy, like you stepped into a time machine but in a good way. Had a blast talking with the security guy, he was so chill! Big ups to tayhab, claudia, n francisco for makin our stay great.
The hallway noise was kinda annoying though, and the room coulda used a little more soundproofing. We wish the mini bar had more options.
